You can find UpToDate on the Library's main page (https://www.frostburg.edu/library, and then clicking the A-Z databases link. Here is a direct link as well: UpToDate.
The first time you used it, you will have the opportunity to create an UpToDate account. Once you have that account you will also be able to go directly to the UpToDate website (https://www.uptodate.com/) or the App and log in with your own account.
