(https://libguides.frostburg.edu/etd/format-dissertation). Look for a box labeled, PDF Layout Guides, which gives you a PDF of each type of page.
This requires you to convert your document to a PDF and then open it using Adobe Acrobat Pro. If you do not have this software, we have this at the library if you are able to come in to use it on one of our public PCs. The guide linked above includes a help page from Adobe which will show you the steps for applying the watermark.
