FSU students, faculty, and staff are able to create your own account on The Economist website using your Frostburg State University email address.
To sign up:
- Go to https://myaccount.economist.com/s/login/SelfRegister
- In the form:
- Enter your FSU email
- Create a password
- Enter your first and last name
- Click "Create Account"
- Verify your email
- Check your FSU email and click the "Verify email" button in the confirmation email from The Economist
- Go to Economist.com to log in!
NOTE: if you have previously signed up the Economist with your FSU email, change the email associated with that account to a non-FSU email, then repeat the steps to sign up with your FSU email.
You can also access The Economist through our databases using the Journal Search. If you are off campus, you will need to log in with your 14 digit library barcode.
