FSU students, faculty, and staff are able to create your own account on The Economist website using your Frostburg State University email address.
To sign up:
- Go to https://myaccount.economist.com/s/login/SelfRegister
- In the form:
- Enter your FSU email
- Create a password
- Enter your first and last name
- Click "Create Account"
- Verify your email
- Check your FSU email and click the "Verify email" button in the confirmation email from The Economist
- Go to Economist.com to log in!
NOTE: if you have previously signed up the Economist with your FSU email, change the email associated with that account to a non-FSU email, then repeat the steps to sign up with your FSU email.
You can also access The Economist through our databases using the A-Z Database List. If you are off campus, you may need to enter your FSU username and password to proceed.
