To log into OneSearch or a library database off-campus use your 14-digit library barcode number and your last name.

If you have your barcode number and you are still having trouble logging in:
- Clear your browser history (cache). Close and reopen the window after clearing your history and try again.
- Double check your barcode number in PAWS and make sure you are entering all 14 digits. Instructions for looking up your barcode number in PAWS are in the FAQ: How do I find my 14 digit library barcode number?
- Make sure you are signing into the FSU databases. On the log in screen, check to make sure the "Campus Affiliation" says Frostburg State University. If it says a different campus, go back to the previous screen and select Frostburg.
