Many library databases are authenticated through your FSU network credentials, but some still require the use of a 14-digit library barcode number and your last name. Your 14-digit library barcode number is listed on your FSU ID card and begins with 2206. It is also listed in your PAWS account.
If you're not sure where to find your 14-digit library barcode number, check out this FAQ: How do I find my 14-digit library barcode number?
If you have your library barcode number and you are still having trouble logging in:
- Clear your browser history (cache). Close and reopen the window after clearing your history and try again.
- Double check your barcode number in PAWS and make sure you are entering all 14 digits. Instructions for looking up your barcode number in PAWS are in the FAQ: How do I find my 14-digit library barcode number?
- Make sure you are signing into the FSU databases. On the log in screen, check to make sure the "Campus Affiliation" says Frostburg State University. If it says a different campus, go back to the previous screen and select Frostburg.
If you have tried these trouble shooting tips and are still unable to log in, please contact a Research Librarian at LibRef@frostburg.edu.
