First, make sure you've set up an account. If you have never used Interlibrary Loan before check, click the First Time User's Click Here link on the login page to set up an account.
If you already have an account, your password is your last name - it is case sensitive, so make sure you capitalize the appropriate letters. For example: enter Smith not smith.
