What do I do if I'm having a problem with my ILLiad / interlibrary loan password?

Answer

First, make sure you've set up an account. If you have never used Interlibrary Loan before check, click the "First Time User's Click Here" link on the login page to set up an account.

If you already have an account, your password is your last name - it is case sensitive, so make sure you capitalize the appropriate letters. For example: enter Smith not smith.

If you are still having trouble with your password, email Access Services Librarian Amanda Bena at albena@frostburg.edu and the Interlibrary Loan Office at ill@frostburg.edu and they will help you resolve the issue.
